Did some day-into-night navigation practice at a different Beinn Bhreac, this time on the east side of Loch Lomond. I parked at Cashel Farm and walked up on the excellent path, which gave way to an enormous bog at about 400m. I waded through very carefully, and then headed up to Binnean nan Gobhar and then to its neighbour Beinn Bhreac, traversing across to Stob a' Choin Duibh and then back down in a circuit. Apart from the terrible bogs, it was a wonderful evening walk to some lesser-walked hills, and one that would be nice to do as a daytime winter walk with friends.
