Description

The Windmill Route - Ditchling circular completed again today with Tom and Ryan, both working towards Mountain Leader training in March. Worked in pairs to comply with current guidance (2x2). Some really good navigation points looking at handrailing, tick features, contour interpretation etc. Completed the route at a good pace with very strong winds over the top of Ditchling Beacon! The ice from last week had thawed making parts of the route extremely muddy, especially on the final section from Hassocks through to Ditchling!

Area : Sussex
