Description

Teaching multi-pitch climbing with two clients in parallel. Building belays, rope-work, removing and placing gear, seconding, in reach and out of reach anchors.

Area : Loch A'an Basin (Summer)

The Loch A'an Basin is a wildly beautiful place to climb in summer, a complete contrast to the busy part of Cairngorm just to the north. The long, high quality routes of the Shelter Stone Crag take pride of place, but the slabs of Hell's Lum are also popular after a dry spell. There are several very worthwhile climbs on Stag Rocks and Stac an Fharaidh.
