Three much the same routes. Interesting part was setting up anchors here. The flat top of the rock gives only the cracks in the floor to use. However after some searching two prominent areas were found for the climbs to ensure a good A-B-C line. I used three pieces of gear for each of the climbs as the chance for gear to ‘pop’ out of its place seemed to me to be quite high should the rope suddenly be weighted.
Good fun easy climbs though, a great place to start getting my confidence back.

Llanberis Pass
The one-time crucible of Welsh climbing. The fine crags of the Pass are easily accessible from the road. On the north side, the principal crags are: Dinas y Gromlech (bearing the famous line of Cenotaph Corner), Carreg Wastad (flat rock) and Clogwyn y Grochan. Further down the valley is Craig Ddu (black rock). On the south side, the principal 'roadside' cliff is Dinas Mot.
