Description

No climbing with this session. This was a morning of helping Alex make sense of the trad anchors she had learnt at the Women's Trad Festival. We looked at creating 2 point and 3 point anchors, both with rope and slings. Then we looked at creating direct belays and indirect belays and pro & cons of both systems.
We finished the session by looking at personal abseiling using a prussik and friction plate and also a brief introduction to rigging a group abseil.
