Description

I planned this 5 day walk with my 'equals' partner using an OS 1:25,000 map.
Day 1Ilkley to Grassington 29km
Day 2 Grassington to Nethergill 29km
Day 3 Nethergill to Dent 26km
Day 4 Dent to Morsdale Barn 26km
Day 5 Morsdale Barn to Bowness 29km
The weather was a mix of cloudy and torrential rain.
We had planned this walk in advance but I still checked the route each day on the map. I also checked the weather forecast to decide which kit to take.

Area : North Yorkshire Dales

Includes Swaledale, Wensleydale and the northern areas
