This is the first part of the Level 4 young leaders session for the beginning of term. (NICAS award)
I had 3 participants, 2 of which are experienced leaders and 1 of which had just started on level 4 this occasion.
Ran a warm up and some top roping, looked at some good clipping positions and good practice with lead belaying, and lead simulating with a ghost rope.
