Led relatively unfit group of two on 'easy' walk, to get views of Anglesey and Snowdonia. Specifically avoiding technical ground as per requested.

*Uneven ground coaching and supporting.
*Advisement on moving over somewhat complex terrain and the use of poles.
*Group pacing to maintain consistent momentum throughout the day.
*management of Type 1 diabetic with regards to glucose levels during upwards exertion.

Area : Glyderau

The Glyderau (a Welsh plural form, also known in English as the Glyders) are a mountain group in Snowdonia, North Wales. The name derives from the highest peaks in the range, Glyder Fawr and Glyder Fach. According to Sir Ifor Williams, the word "Glyder" derives from the Welsh word "Cludair", meaning a heap of stones.
