An exploration of the Flow Country and its peaks. From Forsinard train station I headed up Knockfin Heights and camed by the upper Halladale River. Traversing Knockfin I descended to Kinbrace and camped by the Corrish Burn. Moving the tent to the shores of Loch Druin a' Chliabhain I explored the twin peaks of Ben Griam Mor and Ben Griam Beg (the latter with the highest hill fort in Scotland on its summit). They may be small in height but they are big in stature! The final camp was by Loch an Ruathair and then a short walk back to the train at Forsinard. The whole route was practically all trackless and the terrain suitably tough for blanket bog country.
