Description

Accidentally thought I was on the second pitch of Slape! Route description almost identical - Step off the flake onto the steep wall (crux) and climb the overhanging bulges to a belay next to Brant. Lesson learnt, descriptions as well as picture in the guidebook!
However, I cruised the E2 probably because I thought it was the VS.

Area : Llanberis Pass

The one-time crucible of Welsh climbing. The fine crags of the Pass are easily accessible from the road. On the north side, the principal crags are: Dinas y Gromlech (bearing the famous line of Cenotaph Corner), Carreg Wastad (flat rock) and Clogwyn y Grochan. Further down the valley is Craig Ddu (black rock). On the south side, the principal 'roadside' cliff is Dinas Mot.
