Tryfan north ridge in zero vis on wet rock. Not our best idea... Lesson: GPS is useless when you're on the summit of Tryfan and don't know which way you're pointing in zero visibility. ALWAYS take the compass! Another lesson: Heather Terrace path is hard to spot as you come down from the saddle. Wound up walking along the valley, which meant road walking at the end. Pay attention!!

Glyderau
The Glyderau (a Welsh plural form, also known in English as the Glyders) are a mountain group in Snowdonia, North Wales. The name derives from the highest peaks in the range, Glyder Fawr and Glyder Fach. According to Sir Ifor Williams, the word "Glyder" derives from the Welsh word "Cludair", meaning a heap of stones.
