Three Day Advanced Scrambling Course.
Day 1: Bastow Buttress on East Face of Tryfan (Grade 2) followed by a play on the North Ridge. We then descended the lower part of the North Ridge down to the cars. Done at a fair pace to get down before the rains came!
Day 2: I led Idwal Buttress (Grade 2) then Steve led Seniors Ridge Direct (Grade 2+). We then descended Seniors Gully Direct (Grade 1+).
Day 3: We walked up to Cneifion Arete. I led the first two pitches which are Diff Grade then Steve led the rest at a Grade 3. Very exposed ground.
