
Being part of Squad selection process, working 8 young individuals assessing their strengths and weaknesses on the path to join Mile End Climbing wall Squad.
We have spend first 30 min on ice breaker and ground based warm up exercises. then we moved to the gym area for body weight training drill
After that we did 10 min in main room as a warm up climb, followed by eliminating game 10min.
After that we had 15 min on make your own route teach it to someone and climb together,
rest of the session was spent on climbing and perfecting some competition climbs.
last 10 -15 min was questions and answers time in regards to coaching and session.
It was great to be part of the session like that with different abilities and skills. all kids did well but we had to adjust the level of information on many occasions as they didn't get first explanation.
