Distance: 13k
Duration: 9 hours
Direction: Follow track N to highest point at 480m contour; before track then descend bear left/ W off path and up following shoulder/ ridge to 735; continue to Bealach then up again along ridge to top of Spidean Mialach; continue WNW along ridge line passing 3 further tops and bealachs; then turn along ridge to N to 845 then descend steeply finding rough path NW to Alltbeithe and continue NW up Glen Quoich to rough land to camp.
Description: Brilliant walk along dramatic ridge line - wild camping both ends. Despite cloud, enough cleared for fantastic views. When clear, navigation easy as simply top of ridge. Some bits of bouldering.

Area : Loch Eil To Glen Shiel (Incl Knoydart)

The Great Glen to the east, the A87 to the north and the A830 to the south separate this area from its surroundings and enclose an area of high mountains and low glens. The highest mountain is Sgurr na Ciche (1040m) and further north the South Glen Shiel Ridge is formed by a whopping seven Munros! Also in the area is The Saddle (1010m) which is home to the classic Forcan Ridge. Peaks in the mountains list are all above 900m.
