This was a challenging but very enjoyable walk. The wind was so strong at the summit of Lousie Wood Law that I struggled to stay on my feet. I wondered if it was safe to continue to the higher summit of Dun Law, but luckily it wasn't getting the full force of the wind so I was able to continue. A really interesting and under-appreciated area with a lot of history in evidence.
