Description

A walk up Ben Lomond 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 via Ptarmigan and down the tourist track.
Very windy day, blowing 50mph+at times, although summit was surprisingly calm.
Incredible views, blue sky day with the whole of the Trossachs and beyond visible from the top. Some small snow patches still on the path, but these were easily passed.
A long descent, pole would have been a useful addition.
Beckys first Munro 🙌

Area : Loch Lomond to Strathyre (Ben More)

There are two distinct sections, to the north and south of Glen Voil, with the remaining peaks sitting to the south of Loch Katrine. Access to the majority of the hills in this area is commonly from Crianlarich, Aberfoyle or Callander.
