Description

Lead pitches 2, 4, 6, 8, 11, 12. Awesome day out sunny for most of the first half but still clear once into the 'darkness'! Pretty loose rock but was always something solid(ish) to pull on if you looked hard enough. No flash photography at the summit!....i guess the guidebook must be out of date! :D

Area : Lliwedd and Llyn Llydaw

A proper mountain crag overlooking Llyn Llydaw on Snowdon. The routes are long and serious, the situations stunning, the descent, whichever way you go, long and arduous. Best combination is, arguably, Avalanche/Red Wall/Longlands at HVD. Helmets obligatory. This Area also includes a number of small crags close to Llyn Llydaw.
