A proper mountain crag overlooking Llyn Llydaw on Snowdon. The routes are long and serious, the situations stunning, the descent, whichever way you go, long and arduous. Best combination is, arguably, Avalanche/Red Wall/Longlands at HVD. Helmets obligatory. This Area also includes a number of small crags close to Llyn Llydaw.
Supprised this isnt on the general radar. Solid rock good probably more 4c climbing plents of solid gear around the small runouts which are avoidable if needed. Excellent climbing. Probably one of the top easy routes ive done!
