Description

Freelance contract: Myself and an ML took a couple of groups up to the Jubilee Tower on Moel Famau. The weather was good and progress was steady. We also taught some first aid along the way as well as teaching the groups how to count their 100m pacing.
Towards the end of the day we did have some issues with students losing energy and falling behind. So I dropped back to walk with them and got them to sing songs and tell jokes to pass the time, so they weren't focusing on how tired they were.
Start/Finish point: Bwlch Penbarras
Route: Purple trail (see photo). Once we made it to the toilets at the car park, we headed up the red trail to then navigated the forest trails back to the finish.
