Assisting Simon Tradinnick of 366 air cadet squadron with a group of air cadets he has been training in top roping and bouldering. This was the first time I had assisted Simon and before I had formal training myself. It was a good introduction to the wall for the cadets and I was able to help with group management under Simon's supervision. It was useful to observe his style of instruction and warm up session.
