Day 1 of a Lowland Leader award Assessment. After introductions and explanation of the assessment process we then checked DLOG and First Aid certificates and then moved onto kit for a leader. We then headed onto the hills of Malvern where we concentrated on the navigation aspect as well as touching on the other syllabus points including leadership & decision making. We covered around 12Km around Colwall Stone and other surrounding hills.
