Very poor vis, low cloud but drier. Starting from Llynau’r Cwn handrailing wall using timing and pacing, up to Moel Druman, then Llyn Conglog, to Llyn Cwn-Corsiog. Navigation error in finding path let to going down gully of Afon Cwm-y-foel but retraced steps up to Llyn yr Adar, over Foel Boethwel and hand railed walls to path back to Gelli-lago. Expedition with 1 other.

Area : Moelwynion

The Moelwynion (a Welsh plural, sometimes anglicised to Moelwyns) are a group of mountains in central Snowdonia. They extend from the north-east of Porthmadog to Moel Siabod, the highest of the group. The name derives from the names of the two largest mountains in the group, Moelwyn Mawr (great white hill) and Moelwyn Bach (little white hill).
