Caught the train from Bridge of Orchy to Corrour.
Wallked north east then east north east to Peters rock, made our own way up the ridgeline of the hill over Meall na Leitire Guibhe then south east to the summit of Carn Dearg. Used dead reckoning to pick up the ridge heading north east where we descended to the belach Nam Ban, followed a good path up onto Stob Gaibhre, retraced our steps back to Nam Ban. Due to the worsening conditions we decided to follow the Allt a Choire Chreagaich down to the Corrour shooting lodges, and followed the landrover track south west back to the youth hostel. stayed on this track following it north west where we left it and struck off up the west flank of Bienn na Lap - Followed a feint path all the way to the summit, retraced our steps all the way back to Courrour station where we used the excellent facilities to eat, drink and get dried off while waiting for our return train.
