My personal climbing class for ages 10- 18 year olds, p progressing towards developing skills and creating a safe space for youth development as well as climbing progression.
These classes allowed me to develop and mentor young people that now work as coaches and have particpated in climbing competitions as well as climbed outdoors up to 8a. these sessions made up the bulk o fmy prcatice and were ran as a group session but with induvidualised coadching.
Thoughout this I developed my own syllabus and progressed children through Nicas, having permission from Nicholas Parkin to be the firt independent NICAS level 5 provider. I also provided Rock skills Course as a mountain training provider.
