A monthly workshop followed by one to one each month.
organised on social media bur run as a group work shop, looking at foot work and how that builds up through the body direction and ecnouraging movement. keeping movement and technique "Grounded".
This was a way for me to collect my thought on technique and provide it to a group, as a way to gain feedback and try out ideas.
Session 1 FootWork, looking at how to make our feet work, going beyond foot placement and looking at movement though our feet, same as in other sports such as basketball, dance and boxing more
session 2,.1 generate movement through our hips and grounding the concepts through or feet
session 2.2 adding momentum from our lower body
Session 3.1 using our torso and shoulders to move
sesssion 3.2 adding momentum. from the ground top our shoulders
session 4 body positioning and transition from one postion to another
session 5 tactics
session 6 Climbing diet and building a complete session
