Remote coaching,
I began coaching Jessie from word of mouth in texas, Jessie is a Thyroid cancer survivor, and wanted to improve climbing but also improve her health and fitness through climbing. She moved to baltimore to finish her Medical Degree, this meant 12 hour days and a lot of stress. Despite this we found a flow that worked by doing frequent smaller sessions sometimes as little as 30 minutes. this lasted 2 years
Jessie has moved back to texas and we are still working together
