Description

From Annat followed a stalkers path south east to Loch an Eion, continued east via belach na Lice then south east to Loch Coire Fionnaraich and a further 700m to another path heading east to Bealach a Choire Ghairbh, from there it was north north west to the summit of Maol Chean dearg. We retraced our steps to the bealach and then descended east and then north east back to Loch an Eion from there we walked back to Annat following our path on the way in.

Area : Cuillin and Torridon (Liathach)

This area is on the west coast of Scotland and its most well-known mountains are probably Beinn Eighe (1010m) and Liathach (1055m). The area is bordered by Loch Maree and the A832 to the north and Glen Carron and the A890 to the south. It should not to be confused with The Cuillin which is on Skye and listed in the Western Isles region. The mountains list contains all peaks above 800m.
