Description

Really nice mountaineering day out finishing near the summit. Stunning sunny weather, soloing with Simon and Chinny. Lovely grade I climbing with lots of opportunity to increase the grade, we generally kept it at Grade II, but lots of options to make it a bit harder if you want. We even had a paraglider "buzzing our tower!"
Bit of a flog in and out though.

Area : The Bridge of Orchy and Tyndrum Hills, Ben Lui and Beinn Udlaidh

The Bridge of Orchy Hills and Beinn Udlaidh are amongst the most popular winter venues in Scotland, easily accessible and providing a variety of turfy mixed and pure ice climbs. This area also includes Ben Lui and Beinn Chuirn, and the small number of possibilities on the other hills close to Tyndrum.
