From carpark on Crummock Water ascended up Rannerdale Knotts (355m) round spur and up to Whiteless Pike (660m). Took in Wandope (772) and Crag Hill (839) before naing up to Grassmoor (852). Descended via Lad Hows and back to car park.

Essentially this area is encompassed by Lakes of Bassenthwaite, Derwent Water, Buttermere and Crummock Water with the southern boundary being the Honister Pass
