Lead a couple of groups coasteering at Stackpole Quay this afternoon. The tide was against us (falling), so we did the main circuit quickly so we could still do the bigger jumps before the water was too shallow
Had another experienced instructor with me and a trainee instructor, between us we were training and showing how to run a coasteering session at this venue.
The sea was calm with no swell, conditions were good so we managed to do the LH traverse and trust falls. The swim over to the harbour wall, the RH higher jump and the harbour wall jump.
No issues, bar from a few nervous participants who were nervous about the bigger jumps, but some soft skills used and most gave it a go.
