
Personal climbing session before my coaching session.
I did my standard warm up:
Cardio circuits - 5-10 minutes
Mobility exercises using therabands and free weights - 10 - 15 minutes
Then my climbing (courtyard at Bloc)
VB- V0: 5 repeated problems just practicing technique
V1 - V2: 4 repeated problems just practicing technique
V3-V4: 4 repeated problems just practicing technique
V4 - V5: 2 problems repeated problems just practicing technique.
V5 - V6: 1 repeated problem - video for Instagram and one new problem. Took me a couple of goes to get the new yellow. The start was pretty straight forward, but there's an interesting smearing foot swap on a high foot hold on the third move, which gave me a few issues. The top was also interesting as you add to move from a guppy, but almost like a gaston/guppy. It was really balancey, but chuffed to have sent it.
