Description

I was working Konrad doyle today I was supervising/leading on a Silver DofE assessment where I had to ensue that the group didn't make any massive mistakes, this form of "leading from the back" was still very new to me, Konrad allowed to lead the group and ask them about check points, timings and ensuring their attention on distance, direction, detail. I found this day really useful as I supervised the group up through the Watkins trail and onto the rydd du path and into the village itself.
