Description

Personal climbing session again before my coaching.
Standard warm up protocol (see files)
Today I wanted to work the cave set again and in particular the yellow dyno problem. I'm getting closer than I did a couple of days ago. I just need to keep my body vertical long enough to get my feet higher, before leaning forward over the mantle hold.
I also looked at the new courtyard set and some of the old set that I hadn't yet climbed. I managed to send a couple of V6 yellows on the overhangs, which I was pleased about. But need to focus on the mantle.... I also need to finish off the V6+ slab problem I've been working.. so many problems.... so little time. I'd say that's the biggest distraction for me when bouldering indoors. Getting on the new sets before they've been trashed by poor foot work and over chalking. At least with the V6+ circuit, over chalking isn't an issue. But rubber encrusted holds from poor foot work... can't get away from it ahah.
