Start: North Car Park SH 69800 15272
Distance: 8 miles
Duration: 7 hours
Description: Co-leader and well being support. Very strong winds poor visibility and snow above 600m, up to 20cm on top, plus sheet ice - very difficult conditions. Party needed support. Srambly path up to 811 then top then shelter (40cm of snow accumulated in doorway!!) then direct return missing out 811. Used walls / shelters as staging posts. Was 50/50 if we'd summit or not but took decision as party were responding well we would.
