From Camp at Stenton lake, up a steep incline to a ridge that lead to a steep scree slope to the top of Carrot Coll, the highest point of the Expeditorn(2660m) WE then dropped down the coll and back into a small valley heading back to Cougar creek and Canmore. Going was extremely tough, loose, large rocks and deep, fast flowing rivers made trekking slow. WE decided to camp in the valley and save the final trek for the following day,
