
Mixture of auto belay routes on 6C, 6B and 6A as well as supervising and instructing NICAS Levels 1-3 for school students. Utilised belaying too. Wanted to develop muscular endurance so used timed laps by sticking on 6a+ for 15 minutes up and down before mixing it up and heading to 6B's and 6C's.
