Description

An evening climb after work with Richard. We had a heavy shower on the walk in and another as we came out! Definitely a crag to go back to.

Area : Peak District Grit: Kinder, Bleaklow, Chew and northern outliers

The area is also described as Moorland Grit and it includes Kinder, Bleaklow and Longdendale, (Laddow, Shining Clough and Tintwhistle Knarr!). It also includes the Chew Valley crags (Wimberry Rocks, Running Hill Pits, Dovestones), and those crags just north of the national park but south of the M62. Try Cornflake at Tintwhistle Knarr or sample the bouldering delights at Wimberry to get the flavour.
