This area encompasses all the crags in Strathspey north of Kingussie and also those in Strathnairn. These crags are described in the chapters of the SMC Highland Outcrops South guidebook entitled 'Strathspey' and 'South of Inverness', with the exception of Creag Dubh (which is in the West and Central Highlands region in DLOG).
today i assisted the session with hannah appleton, leading, we were working with a group of SEN group, this was very useful as i had to change brief accordingly, this was the first of two days climbing with this group.
