Description

Tryfan attempt but weather and rock to slippy with Chloe (10) & Olivia (5). Decided to turn back at the North Ridge turn off. Had to confidence rope Olivia back down the path.

The name derives from the highest peaks in the range, Glyder Fawr and Glyder Fach. According to Sir Ifor Williams, the word "Glyder" derives from the Welsh word "Cludair", meaning a heap of stones.
