Ascended Coire Nan Laogh to the summit of Tom na Gruagaich. The gulley was holding good snow so taught some friends (have winter walking experience, but not been on a winter skills course) snow skills. looked at snow pack evaluation with snow pits and hand shear tests, walking on snow without crampons, ice axe arrests. From the summit, followed the ridge round to Sgurr Mor and then descended the path via An t-Sail bheg. Steep descent down to the valley!!!! followed the path back out towards Loch Torridon.
