Day walk for 1 group of 6 Bronze DofE students for South Derbyshire Open Award Centre. Practicing route finding using maps from Rosliston Forestry Centre over to Caldwell then north towards Drakelow returning south to start. Group worked well together and apart from missing one stream crossing found all paths without a problem in an area with multiple paths. 12 kms/7.2 miles.
