Description

Start from wild campsite and head along the ridge to Cadair Berwyn (830), Cadair Berwyn North Top (827), Cadair Bronwyn (785), Cadair Bronwyn NE Top (700) and then we dropped our exped sacks to pop up Moel yr Henfaes (621) before continuing north to Moel Fferna (630). We then dropped down into Carrog to the campsite.

The Berwyn range (Welsh: Y Berwyn or Mynydd y Berwyn) is an isolated and sparsely populated area of moorland located in the north-east of Wales, roughly bounded by Llangollen in the north-east, Corwen in the north-west, Bala in the south-west, and Oswestry in the south-east.
