I have been working in the personal development field since 1998, and after living in Wales for 10 years and being in love with the mountains here I decided to become a qualified mountain leader and offer my development services in the wilds too. A background initially in counselling I moved into the more spiritual aspects of life and offered tarot readings to people. With my love of the outdoors shamanic practice also was added to my own personal way of working. Now it is wonderful to be combining these in my mountain work with clients. People see me for one off experience of the mountains or for more regular series of mountain walks with personal and spiritual development en route using a combination of meditation, counselling, mindfulness and shamanic techniques as the client requires.
