I have over 20 years of experience delivering outdoor education programmes within schools, outdoor centres and through the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Expedition Programme. I specialise in the holistic approach to learning and experiential learning, as well as providing quality, safe and professional programmes of outdoor adventure education, whether this be in an educational manner, purely for enjoyment or through a Mindfulness LifeCoaching programme.
I am a professional outdoor education teacher, who has a wealth of experience delivering a whole host of outdoor activities including, Duke of Edinburgh's Award, Mountaineering, Indoor and Outdoor Climbing, Kayaking, Canoeing, Dinghy Sailing, Team Development Tasks, Leadership Programmes and Reflective Outdoor Educational sessions. I am a qualified teacher and currently the Head of Outdoor Education for a school in Cambridgeshire. My main passion is the therapeutic experience available through being in the outdoors, utilising the ‘soft’ skills.

Hobbies and Interests: - Mountaineering, Climbing, Paddling, Camping with my family, anything in the outdoors!
