I am a mountaineering instructor and international expedition leader based in the South West of England, as a former British Army officer I am highly experienced and passionate about training and developing people and with this desire that I founded my company, Mountain Addiction (mountain-addiction.co.uk). I am a holder of the Mountaineering Instructor Award and a full member of the Association of Mountaineering Instructors, I am also medically qualified as a Wilderness First Responder and a military Ski Touring Leader (Ski Leader 3).
As well as mountaineering instruction and leading expeditions I am also highly experienced at delivering leadership coaching and team development facilitation to high level corporates, middle management, sports coaches and more. My varied background gives me the experience and expertise to develop people's self confidence, leadership, and teamwork as well as technical skills for accessing the mountains and the outdoors in general.
