Sunday Full Day A day looking at the various hazards we might find working as an IML and how we might deal with them. This would include steep ground, fixed equipment and potential water hazards plus how we might manage a client or group through these areas. It will be a practical day spent in steep ground, a mock up fixed equipment area and if desired in the water! Workshop Leader: Sandy Paterson Sandy is an MIC, IML and Development Coach and has spent time working in South America, Africa and Europe as well as the UK. He is involved in the training and assessment of all the NGB’s from HML to MIC at Glenmore Lodge and is the AMI Development Officer. In a former life, he was a Geography Teacher with a degree in Geology but now prefers to spend his time in the mountains and on the crags splitting his time between Scotland, North Wales and Europe.
