Subjects include: what is remote supervision; Our responsibilities as leaders; factors to consider; principles of effective remote supervision; assessing and managing risk; managing teams of supervisors. The workshop will include practical exercises, scenarios and discussions mostly taken on the hill. Much of the content from this workshop has been used in the recent rewrite of the national guidance notes. Please come prepared for a full day out on the hill.
