Pen and paper for the morning session and also the following:

Full climbing/instructional rack including Single rope. Helmet, outdoor clothing/lunch, 2 prussics, warm clothing etc

08:45-09:00am Hope Sports Club, S33 6RD.

Workshop Outline:

Introduction to the skills, environmental issues and techniques of teaching self-rescue for a single and multi-pitch rock climbing environment. This course would be open to anyone who teaches/assesses self-rescue or would like to learn techniques which will improve their own self rescue. It will also be useful for candidates approaching assessment.
