Award Description
The Lowland Leader qualification has been designed for people who wish to lead groups on day walks in lowland countryside and woodland in summer conditions. The majority of the UK and Ireland is made up of this type of terrain so you'll never be short of places to go walking.

At Falkirk Outdoors our Lowland Leader courses are all about being outside and in the Lowland environment as much as possible.
Our course will be based from our Outdoor Centre @ Bothkennar Hub. Our Central Scotland location means you can enjoy the outdoors by day and still get back to your own bed at night.
We have an abundance of outdoor venues to use - either at our centre or within a short drive away. If we decide to use venues away from the centre, we will use one of our centre minibuses (included in the course fee).
