A peer led workshop to look at what it takes to start a business using our qualifications. We will consider the legal, financial, marketing and practical issues involved.
The workshop will be facilitated by Glyn Mitchell and Dan Robinson. Glyn is a MCI and former solicitor who
has been self-employed for the last 25 years, starting as a sole trader, then in partnership and now as a director of a Limited Company. Dan is a WMCI and has been running Real Adventure Ltd since 2003, starting out as a Sole Trader then soon growing to become a Ltd company with an DVSA Transport Operator’s licence.
Dan and Glyn are providing their time for free and ask for a minimum donation of £15 to the Cumbria Bolt Fund. Donations can be made

The workshop will be held in the La Sportiva room at Kendal Wall. Kendal Wall are not charging for the room, so buying some cake and coffee in the café would really be appreciated.
